Lifestyle Jump Start: Day 6 – Day 6 . . .DONE! The morning started out so awful. I was in so much pain from cramps that it took a few HOURS for me to regain a normal sense of life. I had zero appetite for the morning but had a mama chia to make sure I wasn’t taking motrin without anything in my stomach.  And our cleanse specialist was nice enough to make me a drink that was hydrating and contained probiotics.
